The technical inspection of residential buildings (ITE) consists of a visual inspection of the building carried out by a competent technician whose purpose is to determine its state at the time of the inspection and guide the property in the actions to be carried out to fulfill the duty of Conservation and maintenance.
It includes:
-Visit and inspection of the building
-All procedures with the Generalitat.
-Online delivery of the necessary documentation.
*The cost of the ITE will normally be €290 + €70 per unit in the block (VAT not included).
*The price for online payment is the minimum price, which includes two entities. The difference in price must be paid when processing the application.
